General Terms of Use<\/b><\/span><\/h1>

1. General information<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

1.1. These General Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d) define the rules for using the online store soulfulskincare.co.uk, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing products from the online store.<\/p>

1.2. The seller and website operator is SIA Soulful Skincare, registration No. 40203662922, legal address: Dobeles nov., T\u0113rvetes pag., Kro\u0146auce, \u201cKrist\u0101li\u201d – 11, LV-3730, Latvia, email: info@soulfulskincare.co.uk.<\/p>

1.3. The online store sells skincare products.<\/p>

1.4. By purchasing products from the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Delivery and Payment terms.<\/p>

2. Conclusion of the purchase agreement<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

2.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer has created an order in the online store, entered the required information, selected the delivery and payment method, accepted the terms, and completed payment for the order.<\/p>

2.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.<\/p>

2.3. The Seller has the right to refuse or cancel an order if:<\/p>

  • the product is not available;<\/li>
  • the order contains incorrect or incomplete information;<\/li>
  • payment has not been successfully received;<\/li>
  • an obvious technical error has been identified in the product price, description, or availability.<\/li><\/ul>

    2.4. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the Seller will refund the payment received from the Buyer.<\/p>

    3. Purchases with or without a registered account<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    3.1. The Buyer may make a purchase in the online store either as a guest, without creating a user account, or by creating a registered user account.<\/p>

    3.2. When making a purchase without a registered account, the Buyer must provide the information necessary for order processing, payment, and delivery.<\/p>

    3.3. By creating a user account, the Buyer may access their account information, order history, and other account functions available in the online store.<\/p>

    3.4. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their account login details secure and agrees not to disclose them to third parties.<\/p>

    3.5. The Seller is not responsible for losses caused if the Buyer has shared their account login details with third parties or has not ensured their security.<\/p>

    4. Products and prices<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    4.1. Product descriptions, prices, and other information are provided next to each product in the online store.<\/p>

    4.2. All prices in the online store are stated in euros (EUR).<\/p>

    4.3. The Seller has the right to change product prices, descriptions, availability, and offers without prior notice. Such changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.<\/p>

    4.4. Product images are for illustrative purposes. The actual packaging, shade, or design may slightly differ from the image shown.<\/p>

    5. Buyer\u2019s rights and obligations<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products from the online store in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>

    5.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order, including name, surname, email address, phone number, and delivery information.<\/p>

    5.3. If the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information, the Seller is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by such information.<\/p>

    5.4. The Buyer agrees to pay for the order on time and receive the shipment using the selected delivery method.<\/p>

    6. Seller\u2019s rights and obligations<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    6.1. The Seller agrees to process the Buyer\u2019s order as soon as possible and hand the products over for delivery after payment has been received.<\/p>

    6.2. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with essential information regarding the order, delivery, and payment.<\/p>

    6.3. The Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the online store for technical, security, or other important reasons.<\/p>

    6.4. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in the operation of the online store caused by third-party services, internet connection issues, payment systems, delivery service providers, or force majeure circumstances.<\/p>

    7. Payment<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

    7.1. The following payment methods are available in the online store:<\/p>

    • bank card payment;<\/li>
    • Apple Pay;<\/li>
    • Google Pay.<\/li><\/ul>

      7.2. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Seller does not store the Buyer\u2019s payment card details.<\/p>

      7.3. The order is processed after successful payment has been received.<\/p>

      8. Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      8.1. Products are delivered to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>

      8.2. In Latvia, orders are usually delivered within 2\u20135 business days after order processing and handover for delivery.<\/p>

      8.3. In Lithuania and Estonia, orders are usually delivered within 4\u20136 business days after order processing and handover for delivery.<\/p>

      8.4. In the United Kingdom, orders are usually delivered within 6\u20139 business days after order processing and handover for delivery.<\/p>

      8.5. Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of the delivery service provider, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller\u2019s control.<\/p>

      8.6. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the external condition of the package. If the shipment is damaged, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as possible by emailing info@soulfulskincare.co.uk and attaching photos of the damage.<\/p>

      9. Right of withdrawal and product returns<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      9.1. A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, except in cases provided by law.<\/p>

      9.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to info@soulfulskincare.co.uk.<\/p>

      9.3. The returned product must be undamaged, unused, and in a condition that does not exceed what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.<\/p>

      9.4. As the online store sells skincare and cosmetic products, products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons after opening or use may not be accepted for return if their return is not possible due to hygiene or safety reasons.<\/p>

      9.5. If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product.<\/p>

      9.6. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the return is due to the Seller\u2019s error or a damaged\/non-conforming product.<\/p>

      9.7. In the case of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by emailing info@soulfulskincare.co.uk and attaching the order number and photos.<\/p>

      10. Intellectual property<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      10.1. All content of the online store, including texts, images, design, brand, logos, graphic elements, and other information, is the property of the Seller or its cooperation partners, or is used with the appropriate permission.<\/p>

      10.2. It is prohibited to copy, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the content of the online store without the Seller\u2019s written permission, except where permitted by law.<\/p>

      11. Personal data processing<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      11.1. The Buyer\u2019s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>

      11.2. The Seller processes personal data to ensure order processing, delivery, customer support, payment processing, and other services related to the operation of the online store.<\/p>

      12. Dispute resolution<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      12.1. Any questions or complaints may be submitted by the Buyer by emailing info@soulfulskincare.co.uk.<\/p>

      12.2. The Seller will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.<\/p>

      12.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use other dispute resolution methods provided by law.<\/p>

      12.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>

      13. Changes to the Terms<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

      13.1. The Seller has the right to amend these Terms at any time.<\/p>

      13.2. Amendments enter into force from the moment they are published in the online store, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>
